Chocolate Chip Cookies

Today I’ll share my awesome chocolate chip cookie recipe. It’s delicious and very simple. These are the perfect thing to bake if you have a sweet craving. 😉


1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

2 T hot water

1 tsp salt

3-1/2 cups flour

Chocolate chips to your liking😉


Slightly melt butter and whisk with sugars till it starts turning a bit lighter. (I use an electronic mixer). Add vanilla and eggs. Next, in a separate, small container mix hot water and baking soda. Then add salt and slowly add flour. Lastly, add chocolate chips. Bake and enjoy!🙂

Homemade Chia Latte

This recipe makes a fluffy but firm , rich cheesecake. _ good luck_ and enjoy 😉

I have made this recipe a couple times and I have changed it a bit over those times. So after those changes I hope you can make it the first time. So let’s begin.


~ one package graham crackers

~ 2 T sugar

~ 3 T butter


Crush the graham crackers with a blender or rolling pin. Then pour it into a bowl mix in sugar and stir it. Next pour in butter and mix it in very well. Then put it into your cheesecake pan. Pack it down well and put it into the oven on 325 degrees for 5-10 minutes. ( I have used Oreos and graham crackers it was delicious both times)


~ 48 ounces creamcheese

~ 1 cup heavy whipping cream

~ 1 cup sour cream

~ 1 cup sugar

~ 1 T lemon juice

~ 1 tsp vanilla extract

~ 4 eggs


First start off my mixing the creamcheese till it’s soft. Next add sour cream and whipping cream after it’s very smooth mix in sugar. Then add lemon juice and vanilla extract. Finally add eggs ( I do 2 at a time).. the reason I do the eggs last is because after you add the eggs you aren’t supposed mix for long. This mixture isn’t supposed to have any air bubbles.

~Wrap outside of pan in a double layer of foil, covering the underside and extending all the way to the top. Although a good crust keeps filling from leaking out, foil helps protect against water leaking in.

~Set wrapped pan in a large roasting pan, and pour hot water into roasting pan—to a depth of 2 inches or about halfway up the sides of cheesecake pan.

~ Carefully transfer to a preheated oven and bake until center jiggles when you bump the pan from the side. The outer 2 to 3 inches should not move, and the middle should wobble ever so slightly, like Jell-O.
